Duncan McOkiner Posted June 1, 2022 Share Posted June 1, 2022 What you want to see? - It has been told to me throughout my years on this server that if an active Judge (the paid whitelist) is online and accepting cases, it is FailRP for an arresting officer to deny a criminal that is being arrested a court case. It was also told to me that the Judge's decision is final and cannot be overruled (except by staff, of course). There is no reference to this in the Rules. Why should we add it? - For clarification of rules, plus it gives that real power to the Judge whitelist. As Judge, I've had some Gov overrule my decision. As crim the other day, I was denied a Court Case by a Superadmin and was unable to make a sit given that they were the highest online. What are the advantages of having this? - Clarification.
