Why Do You Want To Become An NCO? [100+ Words]
I have many reasons for wanting to become NCO in Inferno Squad.

First Reason
The first reason I wish to become an NCO is to be able to host tryouts to recruit
new members to our elite squad to help our numbers grow, by hosting more tryouts I 
will be able to lower the stain on the higher ups meaning they can focus on bettering the regiment.

Second Reason
The second reason I wish to become NCO is that I wish to work more closely with the higher-ups 
to help find a more efficient of doing things in Inferno Squad to make things smoother down the line.

How could you assist Inferno Squad with this rank?  [50+ Words]
I could assist Inferno Squad in many ways with this rank. One way I could assist
inferno squad is by using my previous experience to better the regiment by reviewing
the current ways things are done and suggesting improvements where needed. 

Another way I could help Inferno Squad
is by hosting tryouts and recruiting new members to help eliminate the rebels 
scum throughout the galaxy.

Do you have any experience being an NCO/leading? If so explain.
I have plenty of experience as an NCO on multiple servers, I have been
Grand Admiral, Grand General, Commander, etc.

What Qualifications could you bring to the Inferno Squad NCO Team? 
The qualifications I can bring to inferno squad NCO team is my previous experience as being 
NCO/Officer on many other servers allowing me to better educate the new members of inferno squad
and help better the regiment. I can also bring my activity as I am on most of the time and can be 
called to hop on when needed
