Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? I believe I am a good fit for Maintenance Command because I have shown great dedication and commitment to the branch. I love to recruit new members and show them all of the basics about this server and this branch, I also feel I can lead the enlisted well and take them Into HCZ to do trash patrols and make that money. I love to be on my Containment Specialist with a few other enlisted to fix and stop the SCPs from self breaching and teach them all about the SCPs that we are stopping. I want to make sure all the enlisted are doing well and to help them out whenever they need a command member. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would ask them to come back to get trained and If they don't I would go try and handcuff him/her and bring them back. Also I would try to train them and find out If someone let him/her out. If they continue to not listen I would put them on DNT for however long It will be. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? Since you can't RDM in bunks anymore. I would tell them to stop shooting each other and go do something productive. If they continue I would have to strike them or do PT. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I would give them the SOP to read over and make sure they know it. If they continue to break the SOP I would give them a strike (removal since they are a JM) and tell them what they did wrong.
