Through victory, my chains are broken" Inquisitor Rules: ✧ FOLLOW THE DEFENSIVE RULE. ✧ AFK only in bunks ✧ Insubordination to a superior is NOT tolerated ✧ Always send promotion recommendations to officers when asked. (DO NOT recommend yourself for promotion.) ✧ Attend weekly meetings and trainings to stay up to date with IQ activities. ✧ If you are stationed somewhere by a Superior, you must remain there until dismissed. ✧ Inquisitorius may not leave the main Discord, as this is our main means of communications. Doing so, will result in a removal from the roster, and the battalion. ✧ Inquisitorius must be active at least once every 3 days. If you will be absent for 3 or more days, put in a Leave Of Absence (LOA) form under the IQ section in the Discord. ✧ Follow the Silver Rule, breaking this will result in PT to a strike depending on the severity of the situation. ✧ Be considerate of your decisions & follow all server wide rules. ✧ These are just General Rules, more in depth rules are located In the SOP (see Extra Information at bottom of post) Inquisitor Ranks: Inquisitor Lore IQ Lore are the attainable ranks within the Inquisitor branch. Members of the IQ Lore team are typically hand selected and are experienced and long serving within the Inquisitorius. They handle any issues that don't require High Command's intervention and are competent individuals. Although they are meant to handle smaller issues, make sure to follow the Chain of Command before going straight to them. The Second Sister: Equivalent to Commander, Ability to Host Command & Lord Trials, Can Promote to Overseer/COL The Fifth Brother: Equivalent to Vice Commander, Ability to Host Command & Lord Trials, Can Promote to Lord X/MAJ. This job is shared by all current Purge Command. The Seventh Sister: Equivalent to Vice Commander, Ability to Host Command & Lord Trials, Can Promote to Lord X/MAJ The Eighth Brother: Equivalent to Vice Commander, Ability to Host Command & Lord Trials, Can Promote to Lord X/MAJ The Ninth Sister: Equivalent to Vice Commander, Ability to Host Command & Lord Trials, Can Promote to Lord X/MAJ Inquisitor Low Command Battalion Low Command are experienced officers within the Inquisitors. They are tasked with leading and assisting all lower positions and making sure the battalion is running smoothly. They are also tasked with keeping an extra eye on the activity of all members of Inquistorius and issuing promotions to NCOs that have proven themselves. They work along-side the Command Team and should communicate effectively with them. COL - Overseer: Able to promote to Lord VII/1LT LTC - Lord X: Able to promote to Lord VI/2LT MAJ - Lord IX: Able to promote to Lord V/CSM Junior Officers Trial Officers are the beginning ranks of Inquisitor Command. Junior Officers are tasked with leading NCO's & Enlisted, and assisting the IQ Lore and Low Command Officers. They have the ability to promote Enlisted (2LT) and NCOs (1LT&CPT). They also have the ability to lead during events if picked as Ground Command. Junior Officers should have the necessary skills to lead and take initiative if they are the highest ranking IQ online. CPT - Lord VIII: Able to promote to Lord IV/SGM 1LT - Lord VII: Able to promote to Lord II/SFC 2LT - Lord VI: Able to promote to Apprentice IV/CPL Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Ranks: Senior NCOs should show excellent leadership skills and take on some of the smaller responsibilities of an officer. Senior NCOs should effectively communicate with the officers and Junior NCOs to help improve the overall status of the battalion. CSM - Lord V SGM - Lord IV MSGT - Lord III Non-Commissioned Officers: Non-Commissioned Officers first rank is Lord I. You are expected to be fully knowledgeable about every aspect of the Battalion. You should help guide the enlisted and lead by example. NCO's are to be focusing on Tryouts & Managing the Enlisted, as you will not get promoted unless you host tryouts. SFC - Lord II SSGT - Lord I Junior Non-Commissioned Officer: Junior Non-Commissioned Officers are at the rank of Apprentice III,IV & V. They are expected to work with the SGT's in purge on tryouts, Leading, and incentivizing ideas for new people to join the battalion. They are to WORK with the Non-Commissioned Officers, they are still considered enlisted but have the ability to develop a personal understanding on becoming an NCO in the battalion. Although SGT in Purge is an NCO rank, Inquisitors must pass Lord Trials to achieve the rank of Lord I and become an NCO. SGT - Apprentice V CPL - Apprentice IV LCPL - Apprentice III Enlisted Enlisted are expected to learn the ins and outs of the Inquistorius, They are encouraged to ask questions and understand their limits and how to progress through IQ. They have the ability to be promoted and they will be prioritized based on their experience, ability to lead, and understanding the battalion.
