No. It was to stop the spread of 009 plus the guy would of died anyway and a statue would be present i was trying to prevent that plus the guy had no issue with it. All you showed was him switching jobs and switching back followed by a video of him merely commentating on you RDMing a D Class. Unless you got strong enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Biggie Cheese did in fact spread SCP 009 to D Block. It is not your job as a D class to contain 009 unless someone infected with 009 is trying to spread it to you as D Class cannot kill other D Class except in self defense. If anything you could be warned for RDM as unless the other D Class was deliberately spreading it to you; you had zero roleplay reason to kill him.
