State Trooper EvaMocca
1. What’s your In-Game Name?: Not A Spy 2. What’s your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:63834449 3. What is your Rank?: ME 4. Total strikes you’ve ever received?: 0 5. How many warnings do you have on GL?: 1 6. On a scale of 1-10, how active are you?: I would rate myself a 6 or 7 7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)?: I believe that I would be a great fit in maintenance due to how active and great I've done to this community. I've made so many friends along the way as maintenance as a whole. I want to be a OS so I can help this community grow and thrive along with it. If I do become a OS, I can put my input on how to make this branch better and more enjoyable for everyone else. I also want to help other people grow in this branch and remove any toxicity from this branch. I also want to refine the SOP from any confusion that might a junior maintenance who is getting trained. During my time as maintenance I've seen many people who have not been following the SOP and I wish to help clear things up when I become OS. I want to help make maintenance more effective in the site and get more people to join maintenance. In return make this branch fun and growing more than before. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this?: I would call a admin to demote them off the job while I put their steam ID and their RP name in the Do Not Train list for how long is reasonable 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would talk to them to make sure if they agreed to kill each other in bunks. If there is a trainee getting trained by someone I would give them a warning to stop RDMing each other because someone is getting trained. If research starts complaining about the noise I would tell them to stop because research didn't want to hear all of that noise. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps?: I will try to bring the junior maintenance back to bunks and go and retrain them. If they refuse, doesn't listen to me, or continues to break the SOP rules I will get him demoted from the job and put him the Do Not Train for how long is reasonable.
