Flight Lieutenant How many strikes do you have? 0 Strikes Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? I should be trusted with the rank of Flight Lieutenant because in the past I have been a Officer and got up to GC. I can dedicate much more time to just helping the regiment as a whole, I can help enlisted get ready to become NCOs, and I can help NCOs get ready to become Officers. I can also assist NCOs with tryouts, simulations, and trainings. SF is in need of some good officers with experience and I would consider myself as a good candidate for that. I am very friendly to all members of SF and everyone knows me fairly well if they are often on the server. What can you do to assist command with this rank? I can assist Command with the officer rank by helping solve the issue with the large amounts of inactivity in the regiment by hosting more tryouts and getting more NCOs to host tryouts which need to be done if we want new members in the Starfighter Corps.
