Why do you want to become Delta-5 Command? (250+ Words):

I would like to join Delta-5 CMD because I want to help actually make this a well liked branch It something actually original and I want it to grow, It something new I would like to try I've enjoyed being a CMD member in Gensec and would like to help out on this branch, I'm always active on GL and I feel that I would do great as a D-5 CMD member because I know when to be serious, I can always be chill and not be a nuisance to others. I only want to help out on this new branch. I will always show that I’m prepared. I may forget something or two but I’ll never stop trying. I'll do my best to lead and show a great example to those just starting on Delta-5. I would also like to do PTs with other personnel. I want to make Delta-5 . Another reason why I want to join D-5 is that I want to be a part of something that was started from the beginning, I’ll always be there when I’m needed. I will always try to make D-5 fun. I won't make everything be taken seriously. I want to be one of the CMD that will be active in the early hours and one that will help all of the new people to D-5. The last reason why I would like to be D-5 is because I've been a CMD in gensec and I had a wonderful experience on it. Thanks for even considering mine.

Why do you feel you are the best option for this position? (150+ Words): 

I feel I’m one of the best options because I’m always active and there to help out all personnel who need it. I'll always help out my teammates when needed. I'll answer any question they have if I have the answer to it. I’ve been online throughout the week everyday. I’ve had no strikes on any of my branches. I've shown great leadership during times of chaos, I try to learn from mistakes. In Nu7 I was taught how to fire without killing my own men and was shown how to play strategically in battles with CI and I can recontain SCPs with ease Thanks to Nu7. I may at times not know what to do but I never stop trying to stop any threats. I have quick reactions which may shoot personnel on accident but I still try to minimize this. I also am getting experience from being a Gensec command member.

Why should we trust you for this position?:

You should trust me for this position because I've been in multiple branches without any strikes.

I've been dedicated to the server ever since I've joined  I wouldn't want to lose all that.

I've been able to make it to NCO in all of my combatant branches

I'm in Security CMD so I know how to act when personnel are in trouble.

And Finally I know how to deal with enlisted personnel or any lower ranks due to me being an FTO, NCO, and CMD.

You are in LCZ and Security is requesting assistance due to a Mass D Block Riot; however, Chaos Insurgency has been called out for taking a SCP in HCZ. What would you do in this situation, and why?:

Help out the MTF before the CI get away with the SCP because if the CI get away  they'll hold it for ransom and they'll learn more about the SCP or more.

If the MTF numbers are high during this event I would help out the security for a bit and then proceed to the CI if they are still in the building.

 

What would you do if those under your command are not following orders and are breaking the SOP?: Depends on how severe it was if it was a minor rule break I would ask for them to go to bunks and I would calmly explain the rules they broke and explain what they should've done and let them off with a warning. If it was more severe I would still be calm but I would be more serious about the rules they broke and would give them a more severe punishment then just a warning.

 

How would you react to someone asking to be put into Delta-5 without a tryout and to be fast promoted?:

I wouldn't allow them to be put into Delta-5 without attending a tryout unless higher ups say otherwise. I'd tell them to attend a tryout to become Delta-5 member I would tell him that they shouldn't be asking to be promoted fast and would probably put a DNP on them if they ask again.

 

Explain how you would react to receiving an anonymous tip about a GOI group:

I would let higher ups know about this information and try to learn more if possible you can't be too careful. I would always assume that the GOI  is a threat until proven that they aren't even a threat.

Do you promise to be committed to Delta-5 and to lead by example if you are accepted into Delta-5?:

Yes I do, I'll be active almost everyday there shouldn't be an issue, I'll make sure to lead my teammates into the right path for success.
