How long have you been in your current rank?: 1 Year+

What timezone are you in?: GMT -7

How many Warns do you have?: 22 -- All are 1 year+ in age  (2016-2019)
(Have permission to apply from Chief Will)

Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum):  I should be promoted to Lieutenant since I have been taught through classes, and hands-on experience with leading and teaching those under me and learning from those above me. I have patience with those who have little to no experience, resilience when beaten down, optimism in having a great outcome; or better results next time around, friendliness, and approachability for those who are scared to open up, or ask a question. I am one of the more laid-back and caring people. I am a fun, humorous, and forgiving person- while still being serious, professional, and ensuring the mission gets done before anything else. I would be honored to serve those around me, either Higher, or Lower- I still see them as one of the most important assets, and if guided correctly, they could potentially be our next Chief of Police one day. I will ensure all my subordinates are properly taken care of, educated, and given the right tools and leadership knowledge to bring themselves to the best of their potential, which will benefit our team and show others how to be role models for others around them and to put the team’s needs before their own. By properly teaching our subordinates how to act as officers, from Junior to Senior Supervisor ranks, we will teach them to Follow, which must come first before they learn to lead. It all starts with learning to lead themselves and making the right decision.

Experience:

Outside of PoliceRP, I am a Supervisor at Jimmy John’s, and I love every aspect of my work environment. We are laid back, laugh a lot- but still get our jobs done together as a team. I commonly solve issues with technical difficulties, any issues between customers and employees (when it rarely happens), and whenever one of our employees are having a rough time, or seem “off” I am one of the first people to make contact with them about it and make sure they are ok! (P.S. my sandwiches are on point, and taste like a million dollars.)

Finally, I am a Battalion Commander in a military-style organization. My battalion consists of 300+ members across the state. Can’t say much about it, other than I love my job, while it keeps me on my toes. I still respect every single member of my Battalion the same I would 4 Star General! Every member of a team is a vital asset to the team in one aspect or another. From OFC to Chief, we all have roles to play, to make the wheels turn.

Overall:

As a whole, I believe I have the capabilities to help solve issues at the lowest possible level of the command chain, and my activity on PD will be a massive help at ensuring that all officers are following proper protocols, MOTD, and being polite/professional at all times while still maintaining their “chill” and providing great community outreach, and positive RP experience for everyone! One good RP experience could be the difference between a new player who becomes a regular player, or a lost possibility to learn from. I know in the past, I have had incidents of not doing what I know I should of, but I have- and will be continuing to change as time goes on. I am not the same person that others remember me as from 1+ year ago. I will always remember where I am in the chain of command when this is accepted. It is a very large step up from SM, with much more responsibilities with the rank of LT. The amount of my  effort put into SM is high, and I have a small piece of pride, but the pride and knowledge of how hard it is to get to the rank of LT is evermore sobering and a reminder of how easily you can lose it if you make the wrong move. It is to the most importance to me that I ensure that any immaturity of myself previously stays behind me at this point, and I put my best foot forward as a PD Low Command member.

Thank you for your time, and consideration as to who will be filling one of the spots for LT, and being trusted from High Command, and given higher permissions than most to improve PD in all possible aspects.

You agree that disobeying any rules set by High Command will result in an immediate demotion (Yes/No): Yes
