How long have you been in your current rank?: Since August 18th 2021, 10:00 AM in the morning

 

What experiences in leadership do you have?: The leadership skills and experience I have ranges. On Gaminglight's Military RP server I served as a Russian Airforce Commander / Brigadier General / and United States Airforce Staff Sergeant. I also have leadership skills from Arma 3, I used to be an Army NCO in a realistic Mil-Sim server with real veterans.

 

Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum)

I have the desire to be an non-commissioned officer due to the fact I have quite a bit of leadership skills and I am completely capable of putting 15 hours a-day into Death Troopers. Another reason that I would like to be a non-commissioned officer is because of the fact that our NCO's are a role model in all battalions. I know I might be fairly new to the Death Trooper Battalion, but that will not stop me from continuing on to improve and make myself a better person and a better role model / leader for any battalion or groups that I am in. Finally I am concluding my statement by saying I feel like I am ready to become an NCO, if you do not feel I'm ready please make a comment with your thoughts on how I am able to improve my skills.

 

What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum)

I feel as I stand out from the other applicants because of my experience in leadership. I am able to put down some very good activity and able to be on the server when ever I am needed at any time I am awake. I am dedicating all of my effort and time into this server and almost all of my effort into Death Troopers. In my opinion I think I would be a great addition to the NCO team. I am able to be very helpful to any lower Death Trooper or even Higher Death Trooper if they have any questions. I will not fail to follow orders as told to me and I will not fail to be a good NCO if I get accepted. If I do anything out of line I feel the need I would not be ready for my position as an NCO.

 

Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position?

Yes I completely understand.
