7. Dispute: The ban reason states I was leaving to avoid punishment, when in fact I was not. I recall this perfectly: I was standing in front of the IQ bunks, not IN them, when I left. I did tease the guards a little but I didn't actually enter at that moment, I was already punished by KOS previously, I wasn't to be KOS'd when I left. I was in no admin sit, no pursuit. I simply left and nobody tried to contact me whatsoever. I want this ban reconsidered as I heavily protest doing anything wrong.

Ok my side of this: the person who reported you for for a NLR (New life Rule) Volation now I was going to give you a verbal warning for it tell you left. Not to mention the logs showed you disconnected before we can get in a sit and during said sit. I'd you are not there to say your side of the story then that is looking bad on you for Leaving to avoid punishment.

okay well, i was never told i'd be in any sit, therefore i was under the assumption i was good to go. if i was informed, i would not have left.

ill still like for this ban to be considered since i was not intentionally ltap'ing. i was never told i'd be in any admin sit or you didnt contact me before i left. i cant possibly leave the game without knowing im gonna be punished even to be banned for 'ltap'

no that was the ban before you. so someone reported you for going to IQ Bunks while ST, killed you and you came back violating NLR. to be fair I was only going to give a verbal warning when this happen but you where not online to say your side of the story.

- Going back to the place you died such as IQ bunks is not NLR if he kept going back and minging that would fall under Fail RP

 

Also please do not argue as it will result in a forum diplomat locking it to SMT only

i recall a total of 2 deaths in 2 areas, one near the bunks and 1 actually at the iq area

oh yeah, and after my death at iq bunks i left the game afterwards
