What experiences in leadership do you have?: Well I have been a NCO in our battalion for over a month and a half and have lead many things well I have been a NCO, I have been a lead of things on other servers such as a battalionized Jedi leader and many more forms such as just a regular leader in a battalion.

 

Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) Well in the current state of DT we have two officers and two VCMDRs one of our officers is on LOA and the other is active leaving as I said One officer which is not acceptable as we should have even numbers through the battalion and I feel as if I would be a good person to join the ranks of the officer core and help push this battalion to the next level. I also have good plans for the future of DT that I can bring to the table as an Officer. I also feel as if I don’t do enough for the DT and that me being an officer would help me get to know the enlisted and for the enlisted to also get to know me because knowing your enlisted as an officer is a vital thing same for enlisted the better they know me the more of a chance they have to ask questions and know that they can talk to someone they trust.

 

What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum) Well even though I am not the only 1SG+ I am the first one who is stepping up to make an officer application to try to become an officer and make DT stronger and better overall. I also feel like I have a good relationship with a lot of my fellow DT and would want to boost all of that and make more relationships with some people with who I don't have any. I also feel like this will make me a better DT and leader for not only DT but anything that may come up in the future of this server or the future of my life when I would need these skills the most. I also feel as if I have some of the best activity and some pretty good leadership skills. Now just by making this app if I get accepted this does not make me any better nor will I feel and higher than them DT is and will always be a family that I am proud to be a part of.

Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion? Yes

There are still things you need to work on to meet the standards of a DT Officer. 

-Immaturity (Such as Acting out against your fellow DT)

-Interrupting trainings/tryouts

-Talking over your superiors and or interrupting them

 

-Inviting yourself to private conversations in TS

 

-Biased sense toward other DT
