If applying for RRH Guardian, preferred O5 to guard:

Having a preference for one member would imply that one member is more valued to protect above all. I'd value all members equally and therefore protect all members to the best of my ability regardless.

Why do you want to join the O5 staff team:

Covering All Bases

When it comes to a branch like RRH, there's always some level of doubt about what you'll be doing next apart from the obvious protection. The mission status for such branches are ever-changing to fit what are needed of the operatives' repertoires, which is something that I'd really like to take part of because, well, randomness is what makes something fun and often difficult, which is also something I look for when I join branches. The difficulties of overcoming an obstacle that you don't know much about is part of the charm in being in a branch that is essentially catered to what the overseers fancy, something I'll elaborate in a later portion of the application. I also think that this kind of work means that, often times, RRH will be the ones who get to do all the exciting work that comes with protecting high-valued-targets, and I'm not just referring to VIPs (although O5s ARE the number-one priority for RRH Guardians).

Improvement & Experience

Adding onto the points mentioned above, I think experience is the best teacher in becoming the best at your trade. When you join a branch and help out around the site, you start to familiarize yourself with everything related to that branch and roughly what role you'll fit into best to thrive there. RRH, being regarded as one of the most operationally-strict task forces, stops at nothing to achieve what is desired of them and ensure that the outcome of any mission they are involved with is a success. When I consider joining this branch, I believe that this sort of mindset would rub off on me. Performing my duties well in one of the best branches (at least, what I'd consider that) means that you take all the skills from that, mainly combat and disciplinary, and apply it to your other branches where applicable. In other words, I believe that seeing how RRH do what they do best will be an excellent way for me to learn second-hand about strategic skills in combatant branches, of which are Nu7 and GENSEC. With only a few days of ingame playtime, I have yet to uncover everything that I still need to learn from others in order to actually do the best that I can. That's not to say I haven't had any FPS experience at all, it's just that mechanics vary from servers and I need to learn how to utilize them best to gain the most advantages over enemies.

Why should we accept you:

Dedication to Duty

I don't think I'll ever stop having a good time experimenting with tactical gimmicks that, on the outside, appear to be pretty useless and irrelevant to the job. HOWEVER, I do not think that is the right mindset to have when you're talking about preserving the lives of people who are in charge running an organization that keeps anomalous objects in a secretive facility. I think that part of doing well at your job is finding new ways to be creative and take any advantages that threats may not have fully evaluated in hindsight. Not only that, but you must have some level of fun while doing it or else it becomes monotonous and more like a chore then something you want to be a part of and you start to lose focus of what it is that drives you to carry out everything that you're tasked with. Losing focus, in RRH, means potentially letting one of your VIPs die or failing at a critical point on a mission. All I ask of the members in RRH is that you don't confine your operatives to jobs that become stale after a few runs, otherwise, I should be able to stick to everything you need of me at anytime.

Activity & Availability

Simply put, if I'm not on LOA, I can usually be present at any time needed to perform any tasks requested of myself. From basic escorting to more covert/specific operational duties, I can hop on site almost anytime to deal with any issues that may arise. I bring this up as a point in my application because I feel that every elite branch should always maintain operatives who are on standby 24/7 and be able to flag-on anytime they are needed. Generally speaking, I think I have a much less restrictive schedule then most personnel of other branches. If I cannot flag onto site when I am needed due to unforeseen circumstances in real life, I would make that clear instead of leaving fellow operatives in the dark as to why I cannot be present to assist.

Conclusion

Thank you for taking the time to read my application. If not thoroughly, at least of what you skimmed over. It means a lot to me that you'd even consider giving your opinion for a person who is practically a newbie, and I'll be taking all replies into consideration for what to improve on before becoming a better player in general. You can contact me on Discord if you'd like to tell or ask me anything or just talk. With all servers that I find enjoyable to play on, I'll be working on putting in a lot more hours into contributing both on the forums and in-game. Cheers.

This application is long, thought out, and honestly the best I've seen yet.

You seem to know what you're doing, you know your strengths and weaknesses, but you still strive.

Those ranks are a bit early to apply, but I respect that.

I believe he would be great for the position, talked with him and known him for a bit. Does an amazing job on security.

My view is basically the same as Jummy's, you clearly put a lot of effort into this app and seem to be a good guy (especially since a High Command vouched for you) but your rank is, as Jummy said, a bit too low to be applying for something like Guardian. You would absolutely get the position with the same exact application later on when you reach a rank like SSGT or higher in Nu7, as being an NCO in security is a good mark, but Guardian is much more like MTF than security, so you would need more experience in MTF or perhaps even become a Warden.

If this is denied, don't let that discourage you, I'm sure that if you apply further down the line after you advance in MTF a bit with the same points in your app, you'll have no problem getting it.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. So no matter how this application ends up, keep striving. You do show a lot of promise and you are a really nice guy to talk to in Security, so keep going for the things you want to reach, and I promise with enough time and effort, you'll make it.
