Why Do You Want To Become An NCO? [75+ Words]

I want to become an NCO To help Inferno Squad Command with keeping the Organization of the battalion. As well as holding it to a high standard. I also would like to help with Tryouts, and also activity as I believe I am an active member of the battalion and I try to strive to be mature and boost the reputation of Inferno Squadron while I am on the job. I would like for more people to hopefully find inferno squadron interesting and attempt to join by seeing me being Active, Mature, and serious while on the job as I would love to bring new people into the battalion with tryouts. I also would like to be an NCO as I have past experience's with NCO on Other Server's. I also have experience in helping run and manage a department/battalion as I am Command in 4 Departments and an Supervisor in 1 Department over on PoliceRP and I really think If I became an NCO I could make a difference in Inferno squad for the better.

How could you assist Inferno Squad Command with this rank?  [30+ Words]

I would assist Inferno Squad Command, by hosting tryouts and also being active to improve the activity of Inferno Squadron. I would also watch over and guide the lower ranking agents in Inferno Squad to hopefully become great members of inferno squad one day. Maybe even the next Commander. I believe that if you put an influence on someone very early on they stick with it and adapt like it. So I would make sure to put a very good influence on the Newer Agents of Inferno Squad to make them great agents and very skilled, active, and mature agents of our Battalion.

What Qualifications could you bring too the Inferno Squad Command Team? 

I could bring experience in leading, and helping battalions. I could also bring my influence to command and other battalions to show that Inferno Squadron is a Very Respectable and mature battalion that takes what we do passionately and seriously and do it well at the same time. I could also bring my activity to the table as I would try to be on Inferno Squad and the Server as much as possible to help and lower ranking agents or even higher ranking agents who are on at the time. I also would bring Respect to the table as I show the most amount of respect possible to My Superior's, Officer's, Lower Ranks. No matter who it is. I will treat them with the most respect possible even if they are an ST, or an Junior Agent. I believe in the Rule "Treat others the way you want to be treated." Passionately as I have practiced that rule my entire life.
