Yes im a senior mod on imperialRP How often are you on TeamSpeak? Im in Teamspeak everyday all week Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)? I want to join the support team purely because i want to make sure that people are able to enjoy our community and help them with any problems that they may encounter. Ways i can do this is help the people that are new to teamspeak and get them set up effectively so they can go on with there day. Another reason is i am friendly and respectable to others which will make people feel welcome to our community . I can be active early in the morning (BST) so when people join from the European side of the community they are not waiting for someone to come online it can be solved quickly. Also i have a clear understanding of all the teamspeak rules and will make sure that they are followed by everyone. Finally i know what is expected of me as support member and i will do my best to uphold to the rules How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? I could effect the support staff in a positive way by simply being who i am as a person. By this i mean i will be friendly to all who i speak to and make it so they have a good time in our community. I also have a good amount of patients so if someone goes afk before i claim there ticket i will wait calmly until they are back. Finally being in the BST time zone i can help the people that connect to the server in the mornings. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels? This is how i would greet them : Hello sir/mam my name is River as a member of the support team i will be assisting you today. What are your problems or issues you are currently having or is it tags you need. Also please take your time i am in no rush and will help with anything you need. Have you read our rules and do you promise to uphold all those rules to the best of your ability?
