Flight Lieutenant (Officer) How many strikes do you have? I have no strikes. Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? You can trust me as I will use my judgement combined with my decision making and attention to ensure all that are contributing to SF will be noticed. I have listened to higherups and heard the complaints of the enlisted as well as the advice from my fellow NCOs. I have high activity so I can be on and direct SF when no one else is on as well as promoted enlisted when need be. What can you do to assist command with this rank? I can assist command by giving my attention to the ranks below me. My attention to those below me can help enlisted seen by the command for doing well in SF. I can also assist command by being active and taking charge when no other Officers or Command is online.
