We should be able to WL for the following jobs: Junior Maintenance, Maintenance, Senior Maintenance, Utility Trainer, and containment specialist. OS or lowest rank in command can promoted & demote up to Professional, so they should have these WL abilities. Hope this issue gets fixed soon!
