Rule 4: Fallow CI Chain of command
Rule 5: The first battalion needs to use advanced firing lines because literaly no one in mtf or gensec uses the advanced firing line trap exploit this to your fullest advantage. [Note to mtf I dont mean any diss or disrespect at all so please dont get triggered]
Rule 6: Yandere 1st Division RP aka passive rp with people in the CNTN Project is encouraged just dont try making yourself the focus
Rule 7: You are allowed to roam surface with Skelas permission 
Rule 8: Do not team with Sarticks i get they are the only donater class with RPGs but that does not mean making that the new meta
Rule 9: If you see non combatants do not commit war crimes fear rp and capture them we can make money off of them.
Rule 10: RFA's Are high value targets you can ransom them for 7K each so if you see one sneak up on them and capture them
Rule 11: Do not run into scp 076 with guns out because he will RDM All of the chaos 
Rule 12: Do not commit scp Genocide and kill scp 049 the CI is not the GOC leave that to the GOC when events happen
Rule 13: Be kind to each other
Rule 14: Just kos dr bright on sight he is not a valuable target
Rule 15: No prop minge
Rule 16: Capture all O5 Staff if you can and brainwash them then we can walk into the site unopposed because site administration ordered mtf to stand down.
Rule 17: Dont even deal with scp 035 he is not a worthy target.
Rule 18: RTF Lambda 5 is too be captured 100% of the time If they are afk ignore them
Rule 19: Steal as much ketamine from medbay as much as you can
Rule 20: Fallow CI Military's SOP
Rule 21: Fallow Server MOTD
