Why do you think this warn was false: one count of failrp is true I had been told something wrong by someone. but the other one was because I ran from ems upon revival it know where in the rules is it stated you cant and in the rules it is stated you follow the rules to the word. and the only explination was bullet point 15 but here is the rule 

If EMS is online, you may not respawn if you were killed during a criminal activity/situation of some type (shootout, raid, etc.) Government officials MAY handcuff you as soon as you are revived and may take you to jail. and no where does this say you cant run

Hi,

I understand the confusion on this, the rule isn't very clear, but the way it has/is interpreted is that the 'MAY Handcuff you' part means that they are entitled to a free handcuff of you and you cannot run.

Hopefully this post can lead to a clarification on the MOTD
