You can un-check Enable 3D Scopes, to improve FOV when zooming in, and improve performance. Then tweak the "Scope Sensitivity" slider. I recommend setting it to 200. The default scope sensitivity is much too slow to pick off fast moving targets.

Editing Crosshair:

Go to the HUD/Cross-hair tab, and check "Use Custom Cross-hair" you can then edit it to your desire. Maybe even set it to the cross-hair you use in CS:GO

View-model Arms:

You can change what your View-model Arms are in-game by going to the CS:GO Client-side tab.

To this!

Other Settings:

There are many other settings to play with and tweak to your desire. You can disable weapon-bob, set your scope/iron-sights to toggle/hold, enable/disable the stat-trak counter on the weapon models, disable/enable bullet impacts, and many more; play with them!
