Another reason is to help improve my response time. Usually when I'm on the EMS job, I am FR because the ambulance is a slower vehicle. With the new rank comes new vehicles so I can respond to calls faster. Also I want to expand the ems department and train and promote people and become like Seb (I know it is impossible to become that good and cool but I will try). The more i play with the community, the more i learn about how awesome the ems department is. I love the ems department and the gaming light community and I want to improve it every day. This promotion will help me expand the ems department and improve the community. Another reason is with being LT will mean I will be in low command, In FR I am low command and being part of LC, I feel better and good about helping (I do this anyway but being LC gets you more respect. Another reason is as low command i can help prevent bad ems habits and you will have another digital paperwork guy if you need it. I want to keep the ems department as friendly as a department as I can. I want to see the department flourish and grow, and i want to grow with it. If I become LT than I can make this department greater than ever (or not) but I will try. Beelzebub Posted May 4, 2020 Share Posted May 4, 2020 (edited) - Support -Activity has not been the greatest during your time as Lead/Supervisory Paramedic. You either aren't active, without an LOA. Or are on LOA for long periods of times. You do state that you are more active on FR due to vehicles. Personally I see you more on FR than EMS. -You state that your response time will increase, and that you are mostly on FR while online. At Para+ you unlock the Ford Taurus. Which is faster than the ambulance by a large amount. -Some things within the section of why should you be promoted seem a bit repetitive -You're dates written in for joining and being at your promotion are far off. -You got accepted into the department on 11/17/19 from a tryout. Which at the time of posting this is about 5 1/2 months ago, not 10-12 months. -You got promoted to Lead Paramedic on 1/5/2020 during a meeting. Which is at the time of posting this is 2 days off of 4 months ago, not 7-8 months. I personally do not think you are ready for EMS command yet. alecsgarden Posted May 4, 2020 Author Share Posted May 4, 2020 (edited) I used to be really inactive but I have gotten more active and my most recent LOA is from my main machines being down. And for the inaccuracies, I didn't know how long the stuff was which is why I was wrong on the dates. And about the tarus, I remember doing a test and the tarus was lower than the Ambulance.
