(80 word minimum): My Request to obtain a personal R.I.G. unit should be accepted by the foundation for multiple reasons. I have been quite active within research these past few months, attending most of the meetings and helping out around the foundation. As a lead Researcher i feel an obligation to be both a role model within the research division as well as a guiding hand to those more recently employed by the foundation, as such this position can serve as an avenue to preform such actions and have a greater influence over the development of our newer staff.
