Creativity: Creative alone making an incident report; people don't make these for some reason. I like how you connected it with your own trial of tests. Presentation: Beautifully designed and formatted. Easy to follow and looks like an official log on a piece of paper. Writing: Complex and vivid language used to form the scenario.
