Additions: I believe the ST Commander should be allowed to spawn Jetpacks and allowed to USE speeders seeing as the Commander is specialized in everything his battalion is specialized in.

Additions: Same thing as ST Commander they are specialized in all things their sub-classes are.

Reason for all changes wishing to be made: I wish for these changes to be added due to the fact that STs have some of the most basic weapons even their subclasses so I think the subclasses need a buff and the CMDR/VCMDRs should be allowed to do those things they literally teach people how to do those things so it makes sense.
