Rank: Dev Junior Researcher

Clearance Level: 2

List of Personnel involved in testing: Myself, and Dev Researcher Fry.

Level D personnel involved: Loli Dealer

SCP: 294

Errors and/or safety hazards: I was not careful enough with my D-Class test subject.

Question: If 294 could be used to create liquids that could improve the skill of Foundation staff.

Background Research: Going in I was aware that 294 can produce any liquid, even ones that don't technically exist in our reality, and that you have to be very specific with what you type.( Poor Joe )

Hypothesis: 1) That 294 can produce a liquid that is capable of increasing the intelligence of scientist. 2) That 294 can produce a liquid that can increase the strength of our soldiers.

Observation/Visual Stimuli(Photos/videos):

Analysis and Conclusion:  :Test 1: We started out having the D-Class order a cup of intelligence. 294 hummed for a few minutes before producing a cup full of a cyan blue liquid. I then ordered the D-Class to drink the liquid. After ingesting the liquid his eyes grew panicked and he started acting strangely thrashing about the room in a panic. After a few seconds of this he seemed to regain his composure. I suspect that this reaction was his brain adjusting to his new intelligence. Perhaps if ingested slower over a longer period of time the reaction wouldn't be so severe. We gave him some old electronic parts and he was able to make a working radio out of them. After this we concluded test 1 :Test 2: For the second test I had the D-Class order a cup of strength and he did so. After shaking violently for a few minutes 294 produced a cup of blood red liquid. The D-Class had ingested the contents of the cup before I had the chance to say anything. The results where amazing and terrifying. His muscles grew 2 times their size and all of  his veins seemed to be nearly popping out of his body. The D-Class Ripped the containment door off of its hinges and charged at me, luckily my escort was able to neutralize him before he could kill me. After examining his corpse I realizes his muscles where still growing. I don't think he was done with his transformation I'm not sure how much stronger he would have gotten if he hadn't been neutralized.

Conclusion: I believe the cup of intelligence is safe enough to be used on willing volunteers In the Research Department Because of its relatively minor side affects. The cup of strength however still requires much more testing before I believe it can be used to benefit the Foundation. I also recommend that all further test with the cup of strength are to be done with only trusted well behaved D-Class or with well trusted MTF.

Do your results align with your hypothesis? :  For the most part the results do indeed lineup with my hypothesis. Although I wasn't expecting the cup of strength to be quite as powerful as it was.

I find that the purpose of this experiment is not bad, we know that 294 can not produce any liquid or solid liquid form in the world. For example if you ask for a cup of "anti-water" or a "cup of diamond", 294 will purr and display "OUT OF RANGE". That's why I find the experience of this kind very interesting, because we know that it produces and that it does not produce certain liquid, our goal in the RP and to make experiment on experience for know the true limits of 294.

(Excuse me if there are misspellings, I'm French 🙂

Actually, in one test log on the SCP page itself an agent ordered "a cup of pertinent medical knowledge" during a breach and used it to save his colleagues, so it obviously can dispense emotions, knowledge, and similar. Although, it is true that objects such as Diamond and Anti-Water would produce "out of range"

Grade: Quality

Lore:  20/20

294 has shown to be able to dispense knowledge as well as emotions.

Creativity: 20/20

294 tests are already uncommon enough, and this is a pretty good application of 294's "skills"

Presentation: 17/20

Could use more "Pizzazz"

Writing: 37/40

No grammatical errors, but some "questionable" formatting decisions
