Mr Yobo
After four terrible years, the First World War finally came to a close with the signing of an armistice between Germany and the Allied Powers on 11 November 1918. On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, the guns famously fell silent. This year Mark's the 101st Anniversary of Armistice Day. I encourage you to recite this ode of remembrance They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, We will remember them. Able Seamanship Combat Specialist J.
