It's there opinion weather to -support you or +Support application

If they haven't seen you on then they haven't seen you on easy as that

Yes, staff applications are allowed to be commented on by other staff members. If you are trying to join the staff team it means you have to be decently known in the community and active. With only a small amount of posts you have on the forums, means most likely you are quite new to the server. I suggest keep playing the game for a month or 2 and people will get to know you more. All posts made on staff applications are opinionated.

If you are applying for T-mod, would a mod be able to comment saying that he has never seen me even though i have never seen him in-game even though I play a lot?

No, that is a direct violation of the forum rules. No player or staff can give an opinion because they dont know you. People are only allowed to comment if they have interacted with you. Please report the posts that are violating this basic rule.

I think it's pretty fine to give an opinion if you've never seen someone on the server and active when yourself are always on. Terms of maturity etc then makes sense with no interactions. However, activity can certainly be mentioned in applications.

Unfortunately no,

  • Don't -/+ support threads if you havent played on that server or have never met said person

Thats a direct quotation from the forum rules.

'Met' can be determined in different ways. I have seen the individual on the server a few times. Does that mean I 'met' them? An expansion into the rule would be appreciated.

I mean if you see them on once and you've talked to them and they went all inactive then you can still -support it because you haven't seen them on...
