Arctic Foxxo
+Support+Finch switches jobs at 0:50.+The engagement begins at 1:21+Finch is reported dead at 1:35+He returns at 3:47+NLR is 3 minutes. (https://imgur.com/a/qxmMR8l)+The evidence is clear and NLR was broken.Finch is a good guy, but switching off his job to help his buddy as well as breaking NLR when he fails the first time is unprofessional and, while not demotion worthy, certainly brings attention to his position in PD, Dispatch, and possibly Staff, depending on how the application goes. I'm not saying he should be denied, but this is unacceptable. Give him a warn and let him learn his lesson.
