complete Add Public Helpful Items to Each Battalion's Forum Section

What do you want to see?:
Public information about battalions on their respective forums pages.

Why should we add it?:
As a new player on Gaminglight, I've only seen a handful of posts covering any sort of information regarding a battalion and how they operate. Those being Royal Guardsmen, the Inquisitorious, and Purge Troopers. It would be nice for other people to get a grasp of something like the Navy or Shock Troopers prior to joining, rather than simply joining without really knowing save for asking around. At least a link to the battalion's handbook or something. Something public for everyone to see on a forums page.

What are the advantages of having this?:
Helps new players / players who don't know what a certain battalion is, what they do, or requirements for certain things within said battalion. Would also potentially lower the amount of inactives (I.E. people who join a certain battalion only to not like it and just go inactive). 

Who is it mainly for?:
Everyone.

I feel this would be very helpful to the server to have info out side the spawn room on the wall or in the info hud

Instead of adding the information to the forums, the information board at spawn will be remade to include this information.
