Description (Optional): This is the Medic job for STRM. We made the weapon choice so the nightingale and help at range to keep themselves the lifeline of the squad safe along with any VIP’s. There would only be 1 slot available on this Job.

Description (Optional): This is the Close Quarters Combat job for STRM. We made the weapon choice so the Skirmisher can excel in tight spaces and breach and clear scenarios. We plan to have 2 Slots available.

Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?: 

This benefits our community because Stormtroopers are currently having a very hard time gaining and retaining as we are seen as the default. This addition will help flush out our Special forces Squad to a fully self sufficient squad for missions and events and sims. The reason for the job slots is due to STRM being a goal and tends to be small,  but currently has as many members as our whitelist can have which is four. It is our Main Draw to the battalion and we want it to be open. Weapon Choice was done to be similar to the main branch but unique. We talked to medical first and they condoned our creation of a limited medical unit, who shall be trained by the medical battalion bringing cooperation and cross battalion activity and interaction.

As stated this would help the already struggling ST battalion a bit.
Having these 3 extra jobs will allow for more versatile options and ability's within STRM.
Having more slots will excite people and STRM will be able to have more active members boosting the ST battalion in the process.

The only thing I would change is the health seems kind of low, but i dont know much about balancing but figured id add my thoughts.

As a previous VCMDR for Stormtrooper Corp, these changes have been thought of previously and to no avail would these make any difference within STRM Commandos- due to the nature of the state it currently is in. You have an entire dedicated Scouting Regiment towards basic recon, and from my knowledge to other regiments that have a Medic Class, that being DT - IC and Pararescue Squad. This would be a class less used, or periodically someone would hop on because there's no Medical on to handle during an event. That's a major WHAT IF. We also have other dedicated SOG (Special Operation Groups) which have or has a single dedicated class to the CQC Concept, that being the DT C37 or IC Hazmat and Shotgun Specialists. If you want to use a shotgun, Tank Troopers do have two classes which have this at an Enlisted Rank+

No. I do not think STRM should be given another WL or another 2 WL. Since the requirements to join the said sub branch, is almost not worth it. As the nature of a Storm Commando is to go in silent and be stealthy to the shadows, not on the frontline combat unit.
