I have 4-5 years of experience in server staffing aswell as 6 months of experience in clone wars. What date did you start playing on the community? (150 Word Minimum) I would like to become staff for the purpose of helping out the player base and removing the unwanted players who are here to troll. I have wanted to help this community for a while now and haven't had the chance to apply. I have a bunch of staff experience from discord severs to DarkRP and Clone wars. I would be a great addition to the staff team and willing to do what it takes. I have 4-5 years of experience total and can be on 14+ hours. I also want to learn different and new ways to help players and understand them. Staffing isn't easy and I know that but i can guarantee fabulous results and show I can do my best while teaching myself new and better ways to help your community out and make relations or become well known within your community. I want to prove myself by pushing myself to do better and understand the right and wrong ways to deal with players! How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If I have a report of someone Mass RDMing and they are cussing at me, I will first try and Descalate the situation as a sign of respect. If they keep cussing at me I will gag/mute them and explain that they aren't helping thier case and will be warned for player/server disrespect and jail them for 10 minutes. If they continue to RDM/Cuss I will ask a higher up for advice for the player reported. These questions are only for people applying for Admin/Senior Admin/Super Admin: -What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? -What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? -How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to?
