Reason for change (do you think that said weapons is suitable for the job and is fair considering current loadouts of other battalions?):Later in this post the CQC job will receive a new shotgun and the TI-23 squad leader has the CQC's Current shotgun it would only make sense for him to get the upgraded one later on if the CQC job does receive it.

Health:
- Current:790
- New:800

Reason for health/armor changes: Currently the TI squad lead job has more then the Close quarter combat job atm. This does not seem right as its the lead job it should have more. I would also like it changed to balance out the HP instead of it being a uneven number and being less then the CQC job which doesn't make much sense.

Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?: Yes compared to other battalions this 10 HP difference makes little to no difference at all.

Reason for change (do you think that said weapons is suitable for the job and is fair considering current loadouts of other battalions?):Currently the DP-23 is one of the worst shotguns currently on the server. It cannot keep up with other battalions shotguns which practically makes C37 one of the worst roles among the other CQC specialist's. I think if this were to be added to C37's Kit it would make fulfilling his duties a lot easier and more fun to do.

- Add:The ability to spawn in the [rw_sw_dispencer_allammo] via the F4 menu

Reason for change (do you think that said weapons is suitable for the job and is fair considering current loadouts of other battalions?):This is mainly due to all other heavy jobs having access to spawn it in themselves. Demo is considered a heavy job within TI-23 this would make a lot of sense and would add more to his role other than being able to use explosives.
