(150 Word Minimum) I believe I should be a staff member because I love to help and I have dedication when it comes to things I really like to do and I know that I have been un mature in the past on GamingLight but I have grown and have matured enough to help out. When I had warns I learned from my mistakes and never done it again. When I had the chance to report someone for something I would and I always looked up to the staff members on this server. Since the day I joined GamingLight I though it was a very good server and well organized, and I realized that I want to spend my time on here and actually be serious. There are times to be serious and there is times to not be serious. I have made lots of friendships with people in the server and I would really love to have a chance to become a staff member here at GamingLight. Thank you. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would accept the ticket and bring the player that reported the player and get their side of the story, with video evidence of the rule being broken, and return them so I am able to talk to the player that MassRDMED and ask for their side of the story, if the video is enough evidence and the MassRDMER did in fact RDM then I would check their warns and their player hours on the server. if they are new then there is no exception so I would Remind the player to look over the MOTD by telling them to type !motd in chat to review them or go to our website. To conclude this Ticket, contact a Senior Moderator+ to ban the player for 5 days for Mass RDM | Staff disrespect and warn the player for Mass RDM. You are very young and as the records show that is incredibly unhelpful for the server. (not saying you aren't mature pertaining rp and the server) but the way you talk, interact and generally most of the time you are constantly badgering command members, skipping CoC, breaking rules, regardless if you received a warn for it or not. But a lot of the times you are generally annoying. I speak for myself but I don't think you are; 1. Ready for the position of moderating the server. 2. Keeping a professional manner, on and off the server. I never caused any issues in SL and in fact I did apply and I got declined but they decided to hold my application due to having warns in the past few weeks and said they would be cool with making me an SL Member after 7 days (a week). I have honestly never seen you in-game either and I have no clue why you are against me and commenting on this, I tried my best. So what? All the others that posted on this post were not so harsh unlike you. Also, "skipping CoC" and "badgering command members" doesn't make sense in anyway because I try to be funny most of the time and if you think that I am being "badgering" to other command members, I might ask a few times but never 100 times (ADHD plays part in "Badgering"). Sorry if this meant in a rude matter but I have to express my feelings.
