Why do you want to become a Trial Senior? [150+ words]  

I want to become a Trial Senior Guard because I wish to continue helping out Royal Guards, and I believe that becoming a officer can further help me to do so. One reason this is true is, Officers are expected to be role models for NCO's and enlisted, i believe that I can be a good role model as I can teach lower ranks that wish to become officers the in's and out's as well as teach them what it means to be an officer and the responsibilities  that come with it. Also help in teaching NCO's on taking charge and being leaders to help them progress as Royal Guards. Furthermore I believe I am one of the most active RG (I have been on LOA the last few days hence why I have-not been on), I have been actively training new RG as much as  I can, and In my time as an NCO I have been consistently doing training with fellow RG and engaging with everyone. Lastly I want to become a Officer because I would love to work beside the command team in helping to further improve RG.

How could you assist Royal Guard command with this rank? [100+ words]

The first way is I am very active as i am on for hours everyday, this would be good as there will be more officers present throughout the day to handle any situations that may come up. Secondly I believe I have strong communication whether it ts or discord I am usually reachable at most times of the day, this helps because if command every needs to reach an officer or have something done I will most likely be able to do it on short notice. I also feel I have a good ability to lead others and take charge of situations. Also as previously stated i am very active so I will be able to keep the battalion entertained and help to keep RG doing something so it's members do not get bored and the experience becomes dull for other members. Lastly I believe I can assist the RG command by helping to reward those who deserve it, and punish those who do not hold up the standard of RG.

Do you have any prior experience in being an Officer? (If yes, explain) Yes, I have previously been a  Shock VCMDR, A Nova CPT, I was Also a LT Commander in naval (i think may have been just a LT) as well as being Agent Kallus.

What Qualifications could you bring too the Royal Guard Officer Team?

As previously stated I have my fair share of experience as being a officer and with command positions. I'm knowledgeable on how officers are supposed to operate, I believe I have what it takes to help the RG community strive and grow.  I also as previously stated am very active and be around to help at most times.

Do you understand that the officer corps is a serious commitment with a lot of responsibilities (Including but not limited to: handing out Promotions and Punishments, and required attendance to the weekly meeting)? Yes
