I feel I should become staff again as that way I will be able to help the staff we already have because I have been a fair few cases of mingery failRP and other things that I feel require more staff to be able to handle also I understand that as I T-Mod I can only deal with warnable/bannable sits if there is a Senior Mod+ with me not only that I would like to be able to help people again in the best possible way I can and becoming a member of the staff team could give me the opportunity again because I have always liked helping people if the opportunity presented itself I know that there may be some people who may feel I am not ready to be staff yet and I understand that I would just like to have the ability to prove those people wrong with them saying I am not ready for it or that I should not be it

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First off I would gag them and explain to them that with them cursing at me like they are that will mean that they can also be warned for Staff Disrespect not only that if they want to continue playing they need to change their attitude or one day they will find themselves perm banned I would then ungag them and hopefully get a reason on why they commited MRDM if no valid reason is given I would them formally warn them for the issue

Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?

Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving?

Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would say to the player that the evidence against them is pretty damning meaning that they may say they followed the rules but the clip shows otherwise and I would like to know why they are lying to staff which in itself is a warnable offense and after the player tells me why he did it and lied I would them give over the correct punishment accourding to any priors and his/her level
