Please give a description of the situation that led to the warning: What had happened was I was a researcher and I needed a few d-class personnel for a simple experiment so I called it over out of character and a random d-class personnel showed up there won't be much evidence of footage screenshots or anything like that but I wanted to place him in restraints because I was alone inside d-block so I tried to cuff him but he backed up even though he was in the testing line I attempted to cuff him again but he backed up so I went back If I remember correctly I attempted again but he started to run away in a way that seemed like he was luring me or baiting me I guess because I've dealt with people like this before and it's an issue for me normally I would draw my weapon and shoot because it's something embedded in my brain I guess so when he kept running a security personnel arrived but he didn't notice I think so I shot the D-Class personnel for my own safety because I thought he had a weapon even though his hands were up I still shot because I thought at the last second he would put down his hands and take out a weapon so you know I shot him down and the security personnel asked what he did I said he resisted so I thought that was a valid reason for killing a d-class personnel but I was brought to a sit and warned even though I tried to give my explanation that in a way it was baiting or something related to that though it was an honest mistake it's something I do when I'm being lured or something that equal to luring a player or trying to bait them but of course these aren't excuses I'm just a person who has just been given his first warning.

Why do you think this warn was false: I don't have a clear explanation for how this could be false but it may be related to luring or baiting a person as I explained on how this led to a warning and I'm someone who prefers drawing my weapon I'm lured somewhere but the person seemed like they were trying to bait someone in a way related to catching researchers or non combatants so they could be taken to a site and dealt with so why else would they line up In the testing queue with his hands up because he had he chance to run before I even had the time to get a few Inches closer and I was correct about the luring as well as the weapon the possible baiting could be a no but that's when the clipped Is looked over and after you are able to speak with the other staff member about this.

You cannot shoot a Class D just because you think they have a weapon you can shoot them to try to kill them if they are actively trying to kill you but other than that you cannot do that also why are you trying to get a Class D without having an active escort?
