(If yes, explain): well technically yes and no because I was Sovereign Protector 3 years ago and made the Shadow Guard Officer and Shadow Guard Lead ranks. He's assisted Shadow Guard Officers with doing SHG tryouts before. I saw him take field command for Shadow Guard in events. He's even created the Shadow Guard Officer and SHG Lead ranks when he was a Sovereign Protector. I believe that he is perfectly fit to become a Shadow Guard Officer.
