Admin Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I feel I am ready to be admin as not only have I been that rank before but I have been active a lot I know what being Admin means and its responsibilities and I understand I will need training if accepted I feel I should be Admin so I can be more helpful within our server of SCP and I feel I should become Admin as there are not a lot of staff active during off hours and there are times where spawns get broken I would like the opportunity to prove myself on the fact that I can do the job effectively. If I become Admin I promise not to be abusive and I promise to follow the Admin guidelines to the letter like I do when it comes to the MOTD and this is why I feel I should be selected to become an Admin for the server. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? First off I would gag all of them and explain that the way this sit is going we will get nowhere and that I will ungag one person at a time to explain their side of the situation and that if they talk over when someone is giving their side then that person will be gagged and that will continue until the issue is solved and the player(s) in the wrong will be punished accordingly Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would explain that this can be frustrating and that I cannot do anything without a clip anyway which would be at that time I would ask if the player who made the report has a clip for me to review if they do I would watch it to see and if the proof backs the claim I would then check the warns if they have priors I would explain that they do have prior warns for this and that I have no other choice but to issue a formal warn but if they do not have priors I would say that due to the fact they have no warns regarding this I am happy to leave this as a verbal warning Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dutch- Posted August 17, 2023 Share Posted August 17, 2023 (edited) -support Lovelock comes across as very biased during sits, and due to his attitude in taking staff more seriously, I don't think he makes a very good role model/mentor in being an admin. The last thing I want for this server is every single staff to take everything at face value and punish every little thing.
