So regarding all the controversy thing it was a small issue that I wanted to report to HCMD because its a issue that has been going on for 2 months and I've held my tongue about it, and some homophobia and transphobic remarks have been thrown here and there. I didn't intend for it to get spread everywhere. but the person that i reported took it to everyone and now the whole server knows about it.

Further more, if they are constantly still swearing at me and cursing for no reason, I would warn them for Staff Disrespect | MRDM and have another staff member ban them for the set amount of time. 2nd Answer: If they're not new to the server I would first try and see all the evidence for the MRDM, if its clear enough that it was intentional and not a roleplay situation I would then try to get the person to stop cursing during the sit because they should know better, Further more if they continue then I would have no choice but to warn them for Staff Disrespect | MRDM Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? 1st answer: If they're new to the server I would handle it like any other sit with a little bit of lenience and give them a chance to look over the MOTD, Depending on how serious the report is and the evidence provided I may issue a warn if its serious enough. 2nd answer. If they're not new to the server I'd still handle it like any other sit but I'd look over the evidence and see how to handle the situation. In that situation i would try getting the person to calm down a bit and see if they can talk to me in a clear manor, if they can not then I will proceed to mute them while I would go over the evidence provided. After reviewing the evidence (assuming its clear that they did MRDM) I would proceed to give them a warn, Log it, and request another staff member to take action and ban the individual for [Set amount of time for MRDM] Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? 1st answer: Personally I would go over all of the evidence of the report on them, seeing what they did and how bad of a report It Is. If it doesn't seem to be a huge rule break then I would warn them for the punishment, log it, and also refer it to another staff member in as im not 100% sure what to fully do in this situation. 2nd answer. If the report on them is extreme and there is solid evidence against it, I would follow normal procedure and warn them, log it, then I would hand it off to the correct people to handle the final punishment.

A researcher was testing on himself trying to figure out how to turn himself anomolous, He wants to have the abilities of 106 to walk through walls, The adabptability of 682. But the test goes very wrong, and instead he becomes a crazy anamolous zombie (Would have someone turn me into a zombie as 049) With about 2500 hp, he wouldn't wanna hurt anyone, but the instincs would kick in eventually. He would run around and start punching anyone in his path. The only way to finish the fight, would be to terminate the researcher.
