(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the Senior Moderator due to not just my time being on staff but also how well I handle them and how quickly I am able to handle each sit. With only being Mod I am limited with powers. Which at times I cannot help in certain situations or I cannot handle as quickly or effective as I could with Senior Mod. I've handled plenty of serious situations in the past months as Mod which I believe I am ready to move up in staff. Also my activity has been higher lately and that will continue. Also want to add this was the first server I ever played on and I have come a long way within the community and wish to keep doing so. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would ask them to calm down and try to listen to what they have to say if they do not comply I will then gag them. Then start checking logs look for the Mass RDM. Once finding all the evidence I will give them a warn for Mass RDM. Then request for an admin+ for a ban. If one is not around I would issue them a 12 hour ban as a Senior Mod. 1 S.W.A.T.
