Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum)

I deserve the rank of Trial Moderator because I have a deep passion for Gaming Light and the community of PoliceRP. I have spent hundreds of hours on the server building good relationships with players and making very good friends along the way. Also, I try to add as much roleplay as I can to the community and keep the server a fun time for all players. Secondly, I believe I have strong skills in leading and handling situations like an extremely toxic minge rdming or a new player that has never been into a roleplay server like this and showing them what to do and how to roleplay. Last I believe I am a very responsible person as I have never had a warn on the server and have always followed the rules put in by the staff. Overall I believe I would be a good fit for the staff team with my abilities to handle situations and always keep a level head. 

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

First I would bring the person that made the sit and listen to there side of the story then upon hearing that I would check logs and confirm what they told me. Then I would bring the mass rdmer to the staff sit and ask them to calm down and if they refuse to stop swearing and being toxic I would gag/mute the player and inform the player of what they did and tell them they will be receiving a five day ban and a warn for mass RDM and then call an admin+ to issue the ban.
