Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank of senior admin because I have been a member of the staff team for around 9 months and I believe that I have been a good staff member in that time. I think I have been a good role model for new staff and I always try help guide them to be the best they can at staff. I have handled quite a lot of situations while I have been staff. I believe that I have the ability to become a senior admin and continue helping the server and maybe become jmt one day. I have handled sits with what I believe is a non-biased point of view in staff situations. I have handled most situations that would arise for a staff member in what I believe to be is a good way of handling situations. I know I will always have room to learn when it comes to staff and I am more than willing to put forth the effort and learn what may be hard if it means I can help the server more. I believe that senior admin will also help me in event team with my events and try to get the player count up with said events. I do have 11 warns total which when I received them had helped me learn from my mistakes and has helped me handle situations as staff in a better matter as I have been on that end of a sit. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Explain what punishment they are getting after gagging them Warn and 1 week ban

          What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? Report it to management with whatever proof I have if any and not confront them about it

 

          What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? Report it to management with proof

 

          A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? If it is the entire family, bring and jail the entire family and request some help to make the situation go faster and talk to them about why they are there and then give out a fair and valid punishment.

 

          How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!") I’d simply ask for help in staff chat or teamspeak like I have done my entire time as staff

As well as him being a part of the staff team for 9 months is just great. I mean from my experience with Ganta, I believe he deserves this position.

As usual I am the pessimistic person on an application. Ganta you're a decent dude, but I have come to realize over the past few weeks/months that you have some major issues that need to be worked on. I don't want to sit here and bash you, but there are things that I, as well as others have noticed recently. For one is the favoritism issues you have been accused of in several departments. Another would be accusations about you using staff powers while not on a staff whitelist. While admins can warn while off of a whitelist, you can not use your psygun etc. There have been people who have told me that they have seen you freeze people etc while off of the whitelist. While these individuals did not see it necessary to make a formal report, these actions still have been claimed to happen on several occasions. In my person opinion I think you let an ego get ahead of you at some times. You have shown unprofessionalism on the server as well recently from my standpoint during a certain situation in PD command. I could keep going, but I am sure people already see this as a personal attack on your character, so I will stop with what I have already stated above. I do not believe you are ready for senior admin. I think the issues that you have had over the last month or so need to be worked on before you can advance in the staff team. Whether that be the issues you presented in State command, PD command or on your staff whitelist. Good luck, but its a no from me.
