Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): 

I should be promoted to Lieutenant, and I will explain to you why. 

 
Firstly, I am incredibly good at making decisions and carrying out tasks independently and show an elevated level of responsibility. 

 
Secondly, I have excellent communication skills and I can work well with others. I am an incredible team member and I manage conflicts very easily and fast.  

 

Thirdly, I am a good learner and I improve myself very well. I like to take challenges and responsibilities, and I am very dedicated to my job. 

 
there is more to say about me but these three are the most needed for this job. Also, as you may know I am a SRT Low Command and in the pass, I was a SWAT low Command almost got to Hight command, as you can see, I have experience as a low command. 
Everyone know that no one is perfect, my biggest problem is my activity on PD. yes, I did not play on PD for a while I admit that but if I will be promoted, I will promise you that I will rip myself apart to just have at least 2h per day of playing on PD.
