    What did the player do: The Player Broke Fear Rp. I was dealing with a  situation were people were giving away drugs and I pulled my gun out and placed Maddog under fear rp when to cuff him and he started to run.

    Evidence (required): 

    What do you believe should happen to the player: They should be warned for breaking Fear Rp

    Any extra information: Theres a rule in the MOTD: If Government has you under FearRP and goes to cuff you. (Puts gun away, pulls out cuffs and starts placing you in cuffs.) You may not to further evade that police officer. For Example: A officer has a suspect under FearRP and right when the office pulls out cuffs to arrest the suspect. The suspect pulls out a gun or runs away. This is NOT allowed.

    Why do you think this warn was false: Okay, so at the time of this all happening i was on FBI. Me and About 6 other FBI agents were in a Bear cat when we saw a man with a Gun out. We all went to were he was and right as we pulled up he put away the gun and we all pulled up with are guns out. So as we all have our guns out telling him stop moving your under fear rp. As we kept saying that over and over he decided to keep running and pull a nova out. After pulling out the gun he kept running. So eventually i got tired of him breaking fear rp. So i decided to taze him. After i tazed him he accidently got uncuffed. We all still had weapons on him but he still decided to keep running so he ran and pulled a nova out again and we tazed him again. After that happened I called a admin and got him warned for Fear RP. Later then after he was done with the sit he called a sit on me and i got warned for Fear Rp. 

    Any extra information: Overall, all i was trying to was put him in cuffs so i could start a sit. Not to break the rule of taser rush.

    This is because i was the one in cuffs (I'm Derick Just a FYI). But yeah i killed the hostage and killer was still outside so then i got put into cuffs and me in Killer were not in a Discord, TeamSpeak anything at the time so we didn't really have anyway to talk to each other so there was no way of him knowing that i was in cuffs or that the hostage was dead. But another thing is i was standing right behind LT wolf cuffed so him running inside of the bathroom spraying a negev trying to kill the hostage that he didn't know was dead and accidently killing me because i was right behind Wolf doesn't seem like a warn able offence to me.

    I have recently been having problem with him such as being in a sit against someone and him choosing sides. But overall hes not a bad guy but it just seems there has been a lot of reports about him and a bunch of false wanrs.

    I really enjoyed SWAT, but i havent been as active and have been really caught up doing things for other departments but overall it was a really fun experience. Imma say a thank you to everyone Smaug, Elapin, Ender anyone who helped me on the way but i am sad to be going but have fun.

    Why do you think this warn was false: I think this warn was false for 2 reasons. The fist reason is because when we had a money silo. EMS arrived on seen before anything was code 4 and made a base (showed in images above from links). But not only the base C.E.R.T was going into the base also with a ARU and getting healed by that EMS In combat. But That's not it when I got pulled from my base where I was sniping the C.E.R.T I must have hit the EMS Which I did not know because I was shooting through a bunch of fenchs cause the base it a nice base and when I saw something move I would shoot at it. But when I got pulled the admin when we all where talking watched the C.E.R.T and ARU run into the base and the EMS Heal them when the people at the money silo where still getting shot at. But I'm not sure if I hit the EMS  but if I did It was intentional and when it happened he was crouching up and down which I thought that was C.E.R.T. But yes I probably did hit him but I disagree that I should have a warn for it when he was moving like he was a Gov that was battling us.

Secondly, I feel that if I would get into a admin sit I would be able to deal with it in polite manners listening to both story's and go on from there. Lastly, I feel like if I become a T-Mod I can help this server lose all the negativity and all the negative people because I am a very positive and influential person so I feel like I can bring in something not everyone has.

    16.  How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

    First I will bring him and the person that reported him. Once the mass RDMing person get there he will be jailed so me and the person not mass RDMing wont get killed. After that I will politely ask the mass RDMER stop cursing in the mic and if they don't I will mute them so I can continue on figuring out what has happened. After the I will check !plogs and see if he has been killing everyone if so he will be banned if not he will be warned or even let off.
