         Not that it does not make sense because in reality it does, but let us face it, cops are not going to investigate and/or interrogate because they rather just throw the guy in jail so they can speed off to the next hot and spicy shootout/robbery. That, and the criminal spawns back up with his gun so you can already see where that leads too... 

         Again not that this is unrealistic but I just do not see it playing out the way you explained it to.

    It's not just for investigative units it's for everyone, it decreases crime and gives people something to be scared about instead of opening fire on cops at spawn for no reason only to respawn and do it again. The criminals doesn't have to let it happen if he is good enough he can kill the cops and get away. And PD doesn't do interrogations, BSI, FBI, and NSA do (mostly BSI)

    Ohhh boy, do you think we try that? Cause we do and it doesn't work. They failrp and continue with at Max a verbal warning. It would increase the fear of shooting cops and make people roleplay more instead of opening g fire on 10 SWAT members. Like let's say a guy in a 10-80 10-50's into a tree and blows up. They would be scared to shoot a officer because they would get a higher jail sentence if caught. This also doesn't mean don't shoot cops and you'll have a lower sentence but for the criminals if not many cops arnt there and he kills them he can get away with out being caught.

    Today I won a Negev in a event, the Negev is a admin item that can only be gotten by admins or on a custom class (Which cant be pocketed) I was lucky enough to get one from a event that Gaur did .

    This gun is EXTREMELY Rare which means the starting bid must be 1.5 million
