(100+ words): The reason I should be a Medical Officer is because I want to continue to keep helping and growing the medical battalion. When I joined Tucker, I was the only two new PVT in a bit. Since then, I have trained 4 new recruits and have trained 3 people for Sub-battalions within medical. With the officer title comes the opportunity to improve some things in the battalion itself. For example, helping create missions and training that all Medical would want to login for and would help engage them. I would also hope this would inspire new troopers to come and join Medical. My goal if I became a medical officer is to see growth within the battalion and help get more people active. 7: Why should we trust you as a Medical Officer? (100+ words): I currently am a 501st LTCOL (Cards) and I am also a GM. I have never and will never abuse the Officer whitelist. I have run many events and have run many training courses within the 501st battalion. I try and keep a standard that isn't just me meeting my quota. My goal in any battalion is to help the command team in any way. This can be as simple as roster updating or as complicating as helping write a new document for the battalion. I think that my dedication to my battalions I am in along with the friendly attitude I try to show all players, show my ethics and ability to be trusted. 8: What do you bring to the Medical Corps? (100+ words): I bring the knowledge and the ability to bring new fun and interesting events, ideas and training to the battalion. For example, I have been helping GM Mox and the 501st Command team in creating interesting lore missions regarding ARC troopers. I would like to bring the same missions to Medical, so that we can engage our current enlisted, along with persuading other players to come and join the battalion. I also tend to be very loyal to the sub-battalions and battalions I am in. This can be shown in my continued loyalty to the ARC subbranch, which I am now Assistant Lead in. I have also spent a lot of time in 501st which I have seen go from once 3-4 players online to now 8+. I want to see medical continue the high number they are showing, along with everyone in the battalion being happy and engaged. 9: Why should we accept your application over other applicants? (100+ words): I believe that my attitude along with my dedication to the task of growing medical is what sets me apart from different applicants. I originally joined medical because I was in a bit of a slump and wanted to try something new. Another reason I wish to join was because I found the healing they did during the mission was some of the most useful support on the server. I didn't see too many around on the server whenever I was active, so I wanted to change that. I went right away and found the first medical NCO+ I could find (who was MC CSM Fox) and asked if I could join. He was surprised at first but was more than happy to give me training. The amount of kindness and overall joy he showed me is what has inspired me to continue to log on and Medical Game it up. I believe that if you choose me to be a Medical Officer, you will not only see an improvement in numbers, but also an improvement in engagement. 10: Do you have any warns? + Support - Lore wise this model is more accurate - Compared to the current ARC model this one looks so much cooler. - As a 501st Officer this is something I can see people wanting to join 501st to become. Would help with not only the health of 501st, but the drive to keep logging on and rising the ranks.

I was thinking yearly (maybe more often than that), we could have an award ceremony (Golden Gaminglight is just an idea please comment below if you got something better). This would be a bunch of categories that either high command or the command team of each battalion could vote on. [Example] The 501st of the year - This would be voted on by the 501st Vice Commanders and the 501st Commander. - They would all discuss who has made the biggest effort or biggest change in the battalion that lead to an overall net positive. - This could be one of them if the command team overall believes the award should go to them. - This could also go to non-active players from the previous year and may draw them back to playing. I believe this would not only highlight the gaming light imperial roleplay community, but also inspire other players to put their all into the battalion. Please comment below if you have any other ideas that could expand this idea. Other ideas: - We could have someone special be the MC (Owner of the server or head admin) - More awards that are non-battalion specific: Best Roleplayer/Biggest Casino fiend - Red Carpet or something that could be a passive event before.

[100+ Words] I want to advance not only my standing in the 501st, but to continue to meet people and have experiences on the server. When I look around, I see a bunch of people I have raised the ranks with or trained. I would like to continue working with these people to make the 501st the best battalion and the most respected on the server. I want to continue to keep a close eye on the new enlisted, to make sure they become the best troopers out there and weed out any bad troopers. I also want to continue helping out the people in the 501st by updating records, making sure everything is organize, and coming up with brand new event/sims. How could you assist the 501st Command with this rank? [75+ Words] I can assist by leading and being an example to any troopers that may be new to the server. I really appreciate the rules and will report any rule breakers to my superiors. I respect our high command and know that I can count on them to support not only me but the battalion. I believe that my connections with others in 501st is the biggest qualifications I have. The people I log in with were either my mentors or people I trained/seen grow. The people in 501st are my family and I feel like the care I have for them is one of the biggest qualifications I have. Have you had any previous experience has an Officer? No I have not What is the purpose/duty of an Officer? Officer embody the soul and thought of 501st. These are the people commanding other 501st to do things. The responsibility of an officer is to lead the said group in a way that follows the rules and shows how great a battalions they are. In my opinion the 501st are a great group of guys that are serious and want to see the success of the imperial gaminglight server.
