  1. +Support MP4, you crafted a good application. The most important thing i saw with reading this application is Communication, and how you're well opened arms. This shows what it takes to be an Officer to not just be good with communicating with your peers that you work with, but also to show that you care for anyone that needs to vent things to make sure they don't feel unwanted in DT. Lastly, the ever-lasting strive to better the battalion is well-noted.
  2. Holy smokes!, i just gotta say this is a really great application. Your expierences are well-noted, and with also showing the exact mindset we need in the officer core. You also aren't afraid of any critcism to make sure you are at tip top shape. In all honesty i don't have much to say, but good luck!. +Support
  3. Not much to be said, very well done. Huge Support+
  4. +Support Judging on your experiences you understand how to own up to anything when it comes to falters. Other than that this application is really well done, and lastly how you showed you stand out really sets the bar of it as well. I hope to see you as an NCO. Good Luck
  5. In-Game name: DT 1SG EX5 SteamID:STEAM_0:1:125408004 Rank: First Sergeant How long have you been in your current rank?: A week What experiences in leadership do you have?: I have been a Commander twice as Delta Squad Boss, 501st Rex. I've also been an Officer in different battalions in CWRP Servers, which in results helped better them and not only brought upon a good core. In my experiences Leadership takes on success, and success is paramount within DT, If the mission calls for drastic action, then it must be done. . I know it sounds cliche, but I really enjoy being in leadership positions, and I truly feel that that is where I belong. I have been a Officer for 6 months, and Commander for 1 year on another large server with ~70+ pop on good days, and I did a very good job at keeping players engaged, and keeping new players on server. I added new battalion specific RP for each battalion, ran Bi Weekly Joint trainings with up to 4 battalions with 50 people between them in huge sims at a time, kept troops in their jurisdiction, and added new programs. I created Jr NCO leadership programs with rewards for activity and quality, as well as held monthly or bi-weekly evaluation SIMS and mini operation SIMS to assess the needs and excesses of a battalion while maintaining a good reputation towards others. In which led to people looking for my guidance on things whenever they felt if it was necessary to a drastic decision or simply needed help with something. Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) I want to be an officer for a few reasons which vary. The main reason I want to be an officer would have to be that I love DT and I want to help DT grow and flourish. Our Command team does amazing work and I want to help them keep what I believe is the best battalion on the server at top form. Whether that be trainings, SIMs, tryouts, or any other form of help needed I want to keep helping DT. I've been in this position before, and I know what a battalion needs when I see it. What I see DT command specifically needing on this server, is action, activity, and a hard ass in charge that will keep things on server running smoothly regardless of what it takes to get it to be. I don't believe in a passive Officer that just watches and oversees other positions. Its the job of Officers to have their hand on the wheel, not just to sit in the backseat and put the GPS on. If I was appointed, I would implement almost nearly everything that I stated above within my leadership experiences. Such as Leadership programs for LCPL-CPL and Standardization of SIMS/Evals, Joint Bi-Weekly trainings to better the battalion and so much more within the future. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum) As you may not know it as of right now due to being in the regiment of the passion that I have for Deathtroopers, and drive that I put toward in to it, whether it's helping the enlisted and NCOs under or around me, or if it's helping the people that need the advice to build themselves, or for me to be the example. I believe I have well standing relations with all those in DT as well as those outside of it, which allows me to directly help those who may need it or who ask for it without any issues. I would be able to assist fellow DT and those outside DT at low times when there may not be any on to help. Finally I believe I am a very determined person and will do everything in my power to make sure my fellow DT are in the best position they can be in. I feel as I stand out from the rest because of my commitment to the battalion and my ability to be active at almost any time during the day. I am able to be on whenever possible and even though I do have school I am dedicated to this battalion. I will always admit my problems straight to my own face. Due to my Activity on DT, my past experiences in leadership as well as my dedication to the battalion. I have held Officer and Command positions before in a structured battalion giving me both the tactical knowledge and the leadership experience that is required of an Officer. I understand the demand that is placed upon officers and how to deal with it, as well as the needs and duties of Officers. Tell me if I am not fit for the position and what I need to improve on. I will not back down from my problems. I am a go-getter and will not stop until I complete my primary objective of becoming a better leader. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an officer you can be removed from your position? Yes, and I Understand Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion? I Understand.
  6. +Support You have the expierences as an Officer from previous jobs and the dedication that you have put into Death Troopers is amazing. This Application is also really well done and DT need more officers!. Best of Luck!
  7. [In-Game Name] DT 1SG EX5 [Call-sign] EX5 [Rank] 1SG [Which lore squad member are you applying for] L21 [Why do you believe you deserve this position] I believe I deserve this position because in all truthfulness, when I first joined DT I knew I wanted to be a trooper who specialized in some sort of task when I learned about TI-23. Unfortunately, most of the positions were filled. As time went on i finally was able to tryout recently, and I learned that I must check my surroundings, make sure to give cover for my team and give consecutive pushes when needed to do so, in order to finish the task efficiently as well making sure of the lives of my VIPS are well secured before moving out a hot designated rebel area. L21 is meant to be a quick thinker when it comes to populated enemy zones, calculated with every move made, meaning life or death. I sometimes work well under pressure or not, i try to give an accurate way to finish a task just by analyzing the area very swiftly but need to be more careful at times. TI-23 must be equipped to handle every scenario through trial and error. This position deserves to go to someone who can put time and more than willing to put all effort into not only DT, but also the unit. With the assets provided to me with this job I believe I would be able to show this more than I ever could as a DT. While improving myself and learning along the way. [Why do you want to be a part of Unit TI-23] TI-23 has called to me since I first got in DeathTroopers. They set the example of elite Death Troopers to how deadly they are, and to how rapidly they can take out enemies with different weaponry. With their differing specialties they're able to support each other in one way or another allowing either the VIP to come to no harm or to execute whatever order is given to them. This is also a chance for me to learn, for improving my relationships with those in it, and work as team member proficiently. Lastly, I want to have the chance to really understand and appreciate each member for who they are. This five man team is appealing to me in every aspect, from the people who currently hold the positions being some of my new friends, I love every bit of TI-23. I want to be the demolitionist of the Deathtrooper battalion and to work upon my skills inside as well, such as leadership, when it comes to working with not just TI-23 but also the battalion as well. [What does Unit TI-23 do] Unit TI-23 is a group of five Deathtrooper lore characters each specializing in their own unique set of skills and loadout, and to serve as protective detail for significant priorities. The Five Lore Characters within TI-23 are F16, L21, C37, V07 and M36. F16 is the leader of the squad, on which focuses on commanding the unit in battle and is equipped with something from all members. L21 is the demolitions specialist, which is basically the regiments engineer/slicer, protector and heavy weapons of the unit in the sub battalion using the weapons/tech and cover that are at his disposable. C37 is the Close Quarter Combat Specialist, who thrives in close range combat by dominating foes who come too close to them. Next, V07 is the marksman of the group. V07's role is reconnaissance as well as marksmanship in order to eliminate any threat with any related events before it ever becomes a problem. Which gives the group to prepare a plan of attack before the enemies ever have a chance to reach. Finally, M36 is the medic, responsible for the health a VIP under the protection of DT TI-23. [How active can you be] Around 5 hours weekdays and 7 hours on the weekends. [Do you understand that if you are accepted into Unit TI-23, you will be on a 1-strike system] I understand and will take full responsibility.
