[100+ Words] I want to become an officer in the 501st because I love the 501st. I see all these officers and look up to them, and aspire to achieve as much as possible in the battalion. In my opinion, I am surrounded by the best possible people that can motivate me and mentor me to achieve highest possibilities. I like being a leader and I feel I would excel in it. Multiple people have been encouraging me to become an officer and rise up in 501st in general. I am already an ARC Trooper and a Senior Heavy Trooper and thought, 'why not go for officer'. Lastly, I love to hold tryouts and sims because I can personally do my part in making sure the 501st grows into a well rounded and elite battalion. How could you assist the 501st Command with this rank? [75+ Words] I am a very responsible and dedicated person when I find a server and battalion that are very welcoming and all around good communities. I am creative when it comes to things like growing the battalion and keeping our soldiers in line. I can give my honest and best answer I have on things that may need input from the officers or important decisions. Responsibility and dedication most of all. Have you had any previous experience has an Officer? No. NCO is the highest I've ever wanted to achieve until now. I am NCO in 501st and RG. What is the purpose/duty of an Officer?: Keeping the troopers in line, leading, providing fun sims for members, and most of all, being a good example and mentor for the NCO's and enlisted.

[150+ words] I want to become a Trial Senior Guard because I enjoy Royal Guard a lot and the people that I am surrounded by while playing as RG are very kind and helpful. Ever since I joined Gaminglight everyone in RG has been amazing, helping me with things I don't know, what to look out for, and mentoring me to be a good Royal Guard. I want to do the same with new Cadets, mentor them into becoming great Royal Guards, because this battalion deserves the best care one can give it. I have always loved being a leader because it gives me a reason to teach. I just like leading in general. I wish to rise up as far as I can because I am a very ambitious person. Ever since joining Gaminglight, and becoming RG day one, it has brought me much happiness and joy, as there are many situations that are enjoyable to be apart of when guarding High Command. (Can be any length): I think I deserve this rank because I have put it a lot of playtime on the server since joining 1 month ago. I am very known (I think) by many many people on the server. I recently joined the GM team and I love doing events. I just don't like when I see someone break the rules, like someone RDMing (of which I see a lot of), and I can't do anything about it. Gaminglight is the first server I found that I really enjoy and could put time and effort into. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: Obviously, I would keep a calm and professional tone during the entire situation. I would first try to tell them to stop while conducting the sit, and if they don't stop I would probably gag them and continue the sit until I think they might have calmed down or won't curse at me again.
