Why should we add it? - It would allow greater variation in the amount of cars that Gold users can spawn, plus seeing some older cars on the road would be good for immersion.
What are the advantages of having this? - It allows for greater immersion and choice for Gold users, plus it is very detailed so it would make a nice choice for people who wish to RP just as citizens, not people with flashy cars. People just want regular cars, such as this so they can RP just as regular people, like myself.
