    kinda understandable because in reality some of RnD has just turned into combat, but without RnD, CI Mil is kinda useless. going to raid site with no purpose doesnt sound very appealing. and i still see a lot of people actually do rp in RnD.

    branch aint in a fantastic place rn, but with the right HCMD i believe that it can be made into something great.

    I believed that these actions caused a false MTF raid and overall ruined a RP experience. 🤓

    I have seen Carrots around on the server and have seen a lot of their test logs as well. I'm a fan of their work! In addition to this, Carrots is conscious of the problems that enlisted ranks in Research face, and presents a viable solution to this in their application. Overall, I see a lot of potential in Carrots as a member of Research Command. I'm also in support of bringing back weekly challenges to encourage Research activity!

    even though toaster has had some issues in the past, i believe he is genuinely sorry for what he's done, and he is willing to change. i think the offer he proposed (not giving him explosive WLs) is also very good.
    i think he deserves a second chance
